Job Description:

1. Responsible for the implementation and execution of company inspection system including initial inspection, in process inspection, final inspection, and aircraft release to service.
2. Advocate and overseer of all maintenance products quality assurance and safety that complies with regulator and airworthiness requirements.
3. Responsible for daily administration of quality inspectors and nondestructive inspection staff including workload management, training, employee development, and coordination with other functional groups.
4. Responsible for preparing, submitting, or coordinating quality control related reports and forms in accordance with the maintenance organization procedures manual and Regulators’ requirements.
5. Oversee NDI shop and capabilities development including equipment, staffing, training and certification.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree
• About 10 years of related work experience. Aerospace experience is a must.
• Extensive knowledge of procurement management, buying and related disciplines, and contract types (cost plus, firm fixed price, time and material, etc)
• Able to solve complex problems after thorough analysis with ingenuity and innovation
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and professionally
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent at decision-making, problem solving and business competency
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and oral)
• Good at Microsoft office Suite and use of automated procurement systems

Job Responsibilities:

• Make sure that material/components are qualified according to the requirements of CAAC/FAA; separate the unqualified material/components in stock;
• Confirm the supplies according to the approved suppliers list;
• Classify material/components in stock with ID tag per airworthiness and BSAS requirements;
• Assess and check the shelf life of material / components in stock; ensure that material warehouse keepers have separated the expired material/components from the stock shelf;
• Inspect and accept customers’ material / components; report the problems found in material inspection in a timely way.

Job Requirements:

• University Degree with aviation related background is preferred.
• At least 5 years experience in aviation maintenance industry;
• At least 1 year working experience in aviation material inspection related;
• Participated in material related and basic inspection courses training; familiar with FAA/CAAC airworthiness regulations;
• Fluent English both in oral and written
• Strong communication and coordination capabilities
• CAAC licensed is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Draft, update/maintain and implement all security related Policies, Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) in a timely manner
• Staff, train and manage the security work force to ensure they provide qualified services and in accordance with local laws and regulations and joint venture partner requirements
• Evaluate the operational needs of the site on and ongoing basis to ensure that security and fire protection personnel are being effectively utilized and deployed
• Establish and maintain rapport with the airport authority, local government, public security and fire prevention and other appropriate authorities, communicating with each other where common interests exist and reporting to senior management
• Interface with management, line manager’s employees and contractors to prevent problems and resolve issues when they occur
• Act as a site interface with Boeing Enterprise Security and Fire Protection (Boeing China Security Manager) in matters pertaining to executive protection, physical security, access control systems, guard services, investigations, protection of product, protection of information, fire prevention, disaster preparedness and emergency security and fire responsibilities
• Plan and develop manpower, budget and maintenance of cost control, employ and train staff as required
• Develop and implement effective security (and fire protection) programs for the protection of company"s assets and employees" properties including regular site security assessments and other security assessments as deemed appropriate
• Manage reviews and inspections of all fire protection equipment on a regular bases, reporting outcomes and needs for upgrades or maintenance
• Assist in the writing, development and coordination of crisis management and disaster preparedness plans and programs
• Conduct investigations into security or sensitive company matters as directed
• Develop and implement information protection strategies and tactics to prevent and counter commercial intelligence gathering activities and ensure company information protection programs are fully and effectively implemented
• Manage contracted/outsourced workforce (uniformed security) on site and establish effective working relationships with contracting companies, vendors and service providers to achieve fulfillment of contracts
• Identify and record any security or business risk related problems relating to operations, and initiate, recommend and provide solutions through designated channels
• Other related tasks/projects assigned by company management

Job Requirements:

• Prefer but not require a University degree or certificate preferably majored in Public Security, Corporate Security, Facilities Management or related Business Administration
• Ideally a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in security and/or fire protection management
• Familiar with local regulations and laws regarding security (physical, information and people) as well as some knowledge of fire prevention/protection
• Knowledgeable on business management and operations supervision
• Fluent in oral and written English
• Ability to work constructively with all levels of employees and leadership and demonstrate leadership amongst the security team
• Sound communication and inter-personal skills and unquestionable honesty, ethical and integrity standards
• Effective ability to work with related government agencies/authorities
• Experience in developing and overseeing supplier contracts, and managing outsourced/contracted workforce and contracts
• Have a positive, solutions based approach to all operations and tasks
