Quality Inspector Flight Line AVMEC Ground Test Engineer GTE - FALA

Accountabilities

• Perform inspection; troubleshooting and test per appropriate manuals and regulations as required on aircraft;

Main activities

PRODUCTON PHASE           

 Before FOT:

• Perofrm final GTIs test and troubleshooting if necessary, ensure the FOT on quality on time,

• Prepare weighing check list, go on the A/C check the weighing balance list make sure  the A/C furnishings and equipment were correct installed in according with required.

• Prepare the documents and folder for GTIs in flightline           

On FOT day:

•  FOT meet make decision of the A/C is clear for release to Flight-line.

•  Open TLB ,and transfer Folio item to TLB

•  Weigh the A/C and archived the result

•  Attest the A/C is ready for STATIC and Engine Run. Such as refueling, Oxy Check, pre-first Engine  run inspection.

Main activities:



      As a member of the Airbus FAL Tianjin
quality inspector team in quality department, you will be supporting FAL
structure, mechanical, customization, electrical teams in the production. The
role will include but is not limited to Quality inspections, Quality Assessment
and Engineering Technical Validation. While working in close relation with the
productions, your responsibilities may involve the following tasks, to ensure
the quality of the product:



  • Perform incoming inspections to Main
    Constituent Assembly/the special part or material i.e. accordingly
    identifications, outstanding work, concession issues… and release the part to
    the following production phases

  • Conduct quality inspections as per
    the work orders following the drawings, specifications, work instructions and
    quality procedure and process i.e. inspections of MCA assembly mainly in structure

    and make quality assessment according to related documents and attest the
    rework/repair

Field Service Representative - ACEMS

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. The FSR assists the FSM in implementing the support function for aircraft operation and thus developing the required working relationship with the customer.
2. His main responsibilities are to provide technical assistance to the airlines engineering and maintenance departments (especially during EIS) as well as guidance for proper troubleshooting and maintenance.
A/ Technical assistance:
1. Perform ‘Greet and Meet’ activities (attendance of flight transits) at Entry Into Service (EIS) of a new A/C type within a customer. Transfer technical know-how to Line Maintenance.
2. Assist the airline with technical inquiries by identifying, analyzing, and proposing solutions to problems or asking for specific support when needed.
3. Respond to airline queries during standby outside working hours in case of aircraft on ground (AOG) and incident inquiries.
4. - Identify and solve problems while they are small and not emotionally loaded.
5. Provide a filtering function both ways to avoid misinterpretations during communication

B/ Representation / relationship with customer:
1. Represent Airbus in front of the airline at all technical levels, Maintenance Engineering, Flight Operations, Training and Spares.

During these visits, identify problems to be solved and propose solutions or forward to relevant specialist if necessary. Main activities:

  • As a member of the Airbus FAL Tianjin quality inspector team in quality department, you will be supporting FAL structure, mechanical, customization, electrical teams in the production. The role will include but is not limited to Quality inspections, Quality Assessment and Engineering Technical Validation. While working in close relation with the productions, your responsibilities may involve the following tasks, to ensure the quality of the product:

      • Perform incoming inspections to Main Constituent Assembly/the special part or material i.e. accordingly identifications, outstanding work, concession issues… and release the part to the following production phases

      • Conduct quality inspections as per the work orders following the drawings, specifications, work instructions and quality procedure and process i.e. inspections of MCA assembly mainly in structure and mechanical, as well wire routing, electrical installation, pipes/ducts installation…customization work and FOD …

      • Raise reports for non-conformities and make quality assessment according to related documents and attest the rework/repair

      • Engage in Problem Solving and Problem Resolution while facing production issue.

      • Maintain and improve quality inspection lot content

      • Create and validate concessions following Airbus Technical requirements

      • Accountable for work in rework centre following document and support manufacture cannibalization process.

      • Optimize standard operation instruction, carry out production process realization and operation surveillance when needed for manufacture process, tools, people…

      • Release production personnel’s qualifications i.e. to assess personal competence, to attest work sample and finally transfer to manager.

      • Perform and assist customer visit and clarify key technical interface points to customer.

      • Perform first validation in engineering technical and inspections and build work orders, plans and techniques when new modifications application.

      • Actively contribute to continuous improvement i.e. inspections from customer protection board and provide feedback for root cause and correction action activity, QSR Process, CPB Process, Quality Notice…

      • Monitor all metrology/calibrated equipment/tools for periodic inspection, recall and maintenance.


Qualification:

      • You have a Bachelor degree or above in aerospace and/or the equivalent and you have a minimum experience of three (3) years in aerospace or two (2) years in quality.

      • Work knowledge of aircraft maintenance in airlines.

      • Have the ability to read, write and speak English fluently.

      • Good knowledge of governing regulatory, company policy and procedures.

      • Good communicator, professional, familiar with the Quality Management Systems (EN9100), Quality procedures and processes.

      • Good command of information systems MS Office Power point (PPT) and Excel. SAP skill will be preferred.

      • Ability to read and interpret drawings and you are able to validate dimensional measurements.

      • Have good knowledge of engineering requirements and specifications.
