  • Perform NDT task on airframe related component, accessories etc. in accordance with relevant reference on time and in required quantity and quality; interpret and evaluate for acceptance or reject; document inspection result based on fact to shop router
  • Coordinate with production and planning to optimize and reorganize the working priority under overload situation to catch up the deliver demand for customer.
  • Management and maintain all relevant NDT tooling and equipment as per relevant standards/ manual to ensure in ready availability;
  • Maintain proper records and documentation in required format to meet relevant authorities requirement, and assist auditing on NDT field or to LTS抯 subcontractor to complete internal procedure requirement.
  • Define and develop NDT technical instructions and get approval from NDT level II to meet requirement from different authorities and airworthiness.
  • Support engineering for sourcing, selection and define of proper NDT tooling and equipment as well as documentation preparation to set up repair capability.
  • Develop enough qualification internally and pass approval from NDT level II to fulfill internal or external production requirement.

  • 执行所获认证资格的无损检测工作,负责解释和评估检测结果;

  • Manage customer accounts with contracted MRO business in terms of commercial and service fulfillment
  • Manage spares and coordinate within LHT group regarding spare allocation/support.
  • Strategic coordination/negotiating with market spare vendor to ensure spare support out of LHT group capacity.
  • Manage OEM licensing contract and communicate closely with LHT program manager.
  • Support sales team/customer service team for RFP which needs spare support.
  • Support sales team for B787/A350/A320NEO nacelle program based on expertise of OEM license agreement knowledge.
  • Monitor business development according to plan and lead corrective measures if necessary
  • Secure service levels, identify areas of improvement, and implement changes in coordination with the respective business units
  • Develop and implement measures to increase customer satisfaction, systematically strengthen the relationship with your assigned customers, and identify additional opportunities for more business
  • Optimize the business relationship and implement change requirements in the contractual baseline
  • Align sales campaigns together with product sales department and adjoin the negotiation of contract amendments together with corporate sales
  • Support sales during RFP process from side of cost, shipping solution, spare supply, etc.

Focal point of contact for LHT Customer Service for all new AST/repair station

  • Focal point of contact within the network between all repair stations worldwide.

  • Clarification/evaluation with Engineering regarding requested work scope,

  • Event preparation prior induction but not limited to:

About this Job:

Within the targets set by the Production Manager and Head of Engine Mobile Services, the material management specialist Engine Mobile Services performs and oversees the following tasks:

Material Provisioning Process Ramp-up (Project Orientated) (45%)

 

  • Setup material provisioning process together with LHT project team and counterpart department for Lufthansa Technik Shenzhen (LTS) Mobile Engine Service business. Including but not limited to ordering, issuing, returning and logistic process of materials.

  • Ensure the compliance of regulatory/ network/ company requirements and standards related with designed material provisioning process.

  • Determine initial local inventory level together with LHT project team as well as local engineering and production, collaborate with internal and external departments to ensure initial inventory setup in LTS;

  • Ensure implementation of defined process in LTS relevant departments including but not limited to customer service, material warehouse, purchasing, logistic department, etc.

  • Develop material KPI monitoring and implement CIP to fulfill contractual obligations and thrive for process improvement.

     

    Operational Material Provisioning (45%)

     

  • Implementation of designed process and responsible for event related material provisioning for in-house and on-site engine repairs, by performing the necessary activities by him/herself, collaboration with other departments, monitoring process and controlling;

  • Constant monitoring the KPI performance of the process and identify areas of improvement;

About this Job:

As Account Manager- Material planning and purchasing in our Logistics services team your scope of responsibility includes:

  • Material Planning and Management
  • Support OL-P manager to define the inventory strategy and assign the tasks/targets to responsible team member
  • Supporting OL-P manager to define the KPI for material planning and purchasing related business and monitoring the KPI regularly
  • Assign the jobs to the team members with supporting from OL-P manager.
  • Conduct high value goods/projects purchasing with supporting from OL-P manager.
  • Ensure the compliance of regulatory/ network/ company requirements and standards;
  • Monitor the KPI the team, do the analysis of the result and take actions to improve the performance if necessary;
  • Support team members to define adequate material requirement for new capability development such as new product type development with support of Product Engineer if applicable;
  • Communicate with the other departments to collect and feedback the related information.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, transportation and customs to make sure material provided on time;
  • Incorporate statutory regulatory requirements as well as customer requirements into material planning, warehouse management process;
  • Work with production, production control and customer service for parts swapping due to long lead time of shortage parts and subcontracting parts, etc;
  • Induction and Process harmonization in the network
  • Support OL-P manager to contact with TN and other LHT companies to develop group purchasing projects/activities, and to conduct contract negotiation with group suppliers
  • Participate and contribute in further LHT network standard setup with support from OL-P Manager;
  • Close collaboration with other departments and optimize the procedures;
  • Controlling: Supports the OL-P manager and overall network in achieving financial and non-financial operational KPI抯.
  • General: Takes on special projects and all other duties assigned by the OL-P Manager

Requirements:

【Responsibilities】

Material planning and purchasing

  • Make appropriate material purchasing plan to serve the production with regarding to different product type, define the stock level to achieve the required targets of both inventory value(or inventory turnover ratio) and material service level;

  • Research and develop economic material solutions as alternative to reduce the material cost, like sourcing surplus parts or PMA parts in the market, or assisting engineer to develop PMA parts or self-fabrication parts.

Controlling

  • Monitor job performance of his/her self by checking the KPI, identify potential risk/problems and define the strategy accordingly to improve the performance.
